Breeding Exceptional Oldenburg Sport Horses

from Proven European Bloodlines

We founded Hidden Springs Ranch in 2004 with the goal of breeding warmblood sport horses of the quality that can be found in Europe. We started with a few select imported mares and have since expanded our mare band to include several that we have bred ourselves.

We are now breeding our fourth generation of excellent foals. Our breeding program is validated by the high number of recognized Stallion Prospects, Foals of Distinction, and Premium foal awards received at breed inspections.

Please look around and contact us if you have any questions or would like to schedule a visit.

  • Hidden Springs Ranch Sweeps Summer Breed Shows

Hidden Springs Ranch had outstanding results at three recent Breed Shows, claiming Champions and Reserves at every outing.

Fait Accompli HSR, a yearling Oldenburg GOV filly claimed the Champion Filly title at Golden State Warm-Up I, Golden State Warm-Up/Cool Down, and Starr Vaughn Summer Dressage.

Her stable mates Leander HSR and Sibelius earned Champion and Reserve Champion Colt/Gelding awards.

Leander HSR, an Oldenburg yearling colt, claimed Champion Colt/Gelding at both Golden State Dressage Warm-Up/Cool Down and Starr Vaughn Summer Dressage, followed by Sibelius as Reserve Champion.

At Golden State Warm-Up I, the results were reversed with Sibelius named as Champion and Leander HSR as Reserve.

All of their scores have been 79% or above.

Previously, Sibelius was the Champion Colt/Gelding of the 2015 West Coast Series GAIG/USDF Breeders Championship.

The Hidden Springs Ranch team now head to the 2016 Great American Insurance Group/USDF Breeders Championship West Coast Series Final, held at the GAIG/USDF Region 7 Championships in October.
